Service Conditions

These conditions outline how Leaf and Ledger Oxford provides its workshops and related services. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms, which are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email or through our online form. Places are allocated on a first-come basis, and sessions may close once capacity is reached. We encourage early contact to ensure availability.

2. Payments

Payment details are provided during confirmation. Fees are listed in pounds sterling and include workshop materials. Full payment must be received before attendance unless otherwise arranged in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel up to seven days before the session for a full refund. Later cancellations may result in partial refund or credit toward another date. If we must postpone or cancel a workshop, all payments will be returned promptly.

4. Conduct and Safety

Workshops involve light manual activity using tools and adhesives. Participants agree to follow safety instructions provided by staff. We reserve the right to remove any attendee acting in a way that endangers others or disrupts the session.

5. Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. We take care with items brought for demonstration but cannot accept liability for accidental damage unless caused by negligence on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All written guides, photographs, and teaching materials remain the property of Leaf and Ledger Oxford. You may take notes and personal photos for private study but not reproduce materials for resale or publication without permission.

7. Privacy and Data

Any personal information collected during booking or attendance is handled under our Data Use & Privacy policy. We comply fully with UK GDPR and related data laws.

8. Governing Law

These conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any clause is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in force.
